Blue Cheese And Pinenut Canapes

Ingredients
10 tbsps strong blue cheese such as roquefort or gorgonzola
5 slices sandwich bread crusts removed
5 tbsps pine nuts
5 strong black olives sliced

Cooking Instructions
bring cheese to room temp, mash with a fork until smooth enough to spread. cover each bread slice with cheese & cut into triangles. sprinkle with pine nuts, pressing them down lightly so they adhere to the cheese. top each triangle with a slice or two of olive.
