Cooking Instructions
10 mussels
10 clams
3 shots of triple sec
1 stick of Butter
Fresh Tarragon
Tomatoe Relish

Tomatoe Relish Prep
Cherry Tomatoes.
olive oil
Garlic
Salt and pepper.
Slice one container of cherry tomatoes in Half and place in bowl. Pour olive oil in bowl (own Discretion on oil) Chop 3 fresh cloves of garlic into Bowl. Salt and pepper to taste

HEAT one Saute' pan on high till water sizzles when placed in.
When pan is ready place in 10 mussels and 10 clams. Cook untill each is open. Turn heat to medium. Put is the shots of triple Sec and let flare up to cook out alcohol. Melt stick of butter into the pan with the triple sec, and mussle & clams.
Place Mussels, and clams into serving bowl. Pour sauce into bowl over the mussel and clams, Place small spoonfull of tomatoe relish into middle of bowl. Chop fresh Tarragon over the setu
