Ingredients
Flour tortillas-how many you need depends on how thick the spread is. I just keep two 12 count packages on hand.
2 pkgs cream cheese
8 oz. container sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can chopped green chilis
1 can chopped black olives
1 bunch chopped green onion
Cooking Instructions
Beat this all really good with a mixer to make a spread. Spread mix on tortilla and then tightly roll up. Lay them seam side down in a container (Tupperware type) and chill for at least an hour. When you are ready to serve them, slice them in about 1/2 in. slices and serve with salsa. These are sooooooo yummy!!!!
